I bought both of these girls as chicks last year. They were both supposed to be welsummers but I have a feeling one is an Easter egger. Can someone confirm? The comb is different on both and one has yellow legs the other has cream/white legs. In the picture with 2 hens, I know one of them is an Easter egger. The one on the left is the one in question and the one by herself.

Well, they honestly both look like Welsummers to me, except the cream legs. She should have yellow. I will wait for someone else to chime in tho, cause I’m not 💯

The one on the left (and the one with a picture where it’s alone) looks like a Welsummer
(This is what my Welsummer looks like for comparison.)

The other looks like your Easter Egger

Both seem to be Welsummers to me.
Are they laying yet?
Yes, but I’m only getting one dark brown egg, so that’s what got me to thinking one might be an Easter egger. Egg is a lot darker than it looks in picture.
