So I have 14 chickens all 8 months old. And they are 9 Black sex-link 3 Silver laced wynadotes and 2 Easter eggers that are over 18 moths old. Now i can tell if the Easter Eggers are laying. But the rest of them not a clue, I get on most days 7-8 brown eggs. Is there a way to tell which chickens are and are not laying with out putting them alone in a cage. because 9 black sex links look identical.

Look at their vents. Layers have wider, moist looking vents, and non layers have small, tight, dry looking vents. You should be able to see the difference if you have some not laying.
