which one is the cockeral?

I'm sorry, but those 2 pics don't show enough detail for me to make a call on either of them. I'm not seeing long, pointy feathers on the neck and just in front of the tail (clear signs of a roo in many breeds). I also can't see the comb of either bird, which is another place one looks for differences. It looks like one of your birds may have curvier feathers on the tail than the other, but depending on their breeding, that may or may not mean anything.

Sorry, I must be brain dead this morning!

In the last pic, the bird on the right with the big, red comb looks like your cockeral.

That one looks like a pullet to me...of course, things can change as they get older but the one with the red comb screams roo to me.

I agree with leadwolf1. The one with a bigger, redder comb is a cockerel. Unless the other bird is just some sort of "late bloomer," it is most likely a pullet. It is always possible, of course, that they are both males!
