Which one is the Saphire?

I picked up 4 chicks from tractor supply and they threw in an extra and I didn’t realize til I got home. I asked for a sapphire and they gave me these two and I’m not sure which one is the saphire and what the other one might be. The one with the white tips on its wings is growing slower and getting feathers slower than the others. Also I don’t know the sex of either so any help in that department would be appreciated. First three are the white tipped one. Second three are the other one.

Sapphire as in Sapphire gem? If yes, they both could be Sapphire Gems. Bad news though, they're a sex linked hybrid. So the solid blue one is a pullet. But the one with the head spot and the barred feathers, well, that one would be a cockerel if it too is a Sapphire Gem.

Thank you so much! I’m not allowed to have roosters where I live. What do people do with the roosters if they can’t have them? Eat them? Give them away?
