Look at the ingredient list in the back to determine what is in it. Also determine the percentage for each value. Then check for processing date of when it was made. So your not buying old feed.

I highly suggest getting DuoLingo on your phone and start practicing. Even if you're able to communicate a little, people will appreciate it. Also google translate can help you (there's even an app that you can scan it and it will translate on screen). But learning the basics will take you far - since yo'll need to get chicken things often

well, Duolingo is great, but not very specific.
One learns language by speaking it (and not being afraid to sound like a dork)
a lot can be gained by one on one interaction, pointing and miming.
The OP needs not be afraid. I find people almost everywhere are happy when one makes the effort to meet them halfway in their native tongue.

Even when one speaks Spanish well enough to function well in daily life, specialized vocabulary can trip up a non-native speaker. Such as for the medical field, or say, farming/chicken raising. I can understand why the OP would ask the question.
