Which one will be a better roo?

I have a dilema. I am choosing between a Barred Rock and a red EE rooster. Both are healthy. I have 6 pullets.

I vote for Barred Rock, What breeds of hens do you have and will they just be used for a layer flock or what?

Green eggs/meat. My pullets are consisting of 18week olds (3EE, 1Black Austrolorp, 1RIR and a x-silkie- light brown in color). I'm inclining towards a better egg producers than meat. Tough choice since I've raised the flock from fertilized eggs. There is no particular good breed in my flock since the source of the fertile eggs have all her chickens cooped and free-ranged in 1 community.
