Which product is best to seal floor?

The Black Jack is asphalt based. The truck liner is vinly polymer (plastic) based. Of the two I'd go with the truck bed liner. Actually, I'd look for an epoxy coating. It is really stable when dry. However, there have been supply chain shortages of epoxy paints lately so you may not find it.

Whatever you use, just make sure the building has a good long time to breathe afterwards. Most all products will off-gas harmful VOCs for quite some time after drying.

The building should also have good 24/7 ventilation to handle long-term emissions.

Birds are really sensitive to fumes. Something as simple as cooking with a Teflon pan can kill house birds.

We have a set of high quality vinyl floor mats in our car, that after two years and tons of washings still stink up the car on hot days so that I have to air everything out.

Black Jack is actually fairly low VOC compared to most paints, so the off-gassing shouldn't be bad. The smell dissipates in hours rather than days (or longer).

Good ventilation is always a must, regardless of what product you use as a floor sealant.

DIRT.
But yes, BlackJack has a long history of successful use.
and PTFE hasn't been used in pans for roughly two decades, must be VERY hot to offgas in that way. Apart from that, chickens do have surprisingly delicate respiratory systems. Nature didn't build them for confinement.
