which rooster do I keep

Here are my three roosters above the last picture is a few of my hens. Which Rooster would you keep for breeding and why? My goal is a better BLR coloring. Im brand new to breeding for certain coloring and breeds. Any advice would be great. Im not looking to win any ribbons just learning the process to be building a better bird than what i have.

Since basically you are just breeding for a backyard flock, I would recommend keeping the rooster that has the best attitude towards humans and the hens.

As good an answer as any. As far as breeding for quality Wyandottes I wouldn't use any of them. Their type is very poor & type is much more important than colour.

Since I'm not an expert on judging chickens I'll just give you my opinion. I like the second one The red wyandotte. He's looks to me like the best looking. But if his personality isn't good then he isn't worth it.
