Which Rooster should I keep?

That BCM will crow a lot. That is what they do. Mine starts at 4:30 am and doesn't stop all day. But in my opinion I would keep the BCM, they are attentive to the hens and always are watching for hawks. I have never let any of my roosters eat first, they are supposed to help the girls find good stuff to eat. I had one that I had to push away for the food dish because he was doing what yours is doing. He got the hang of it and now he's an awesome rooster, but he does crow a lot.
