Which sand?

Hi everyone,
I just discovered that your not supposing to be using play sand in your run which is what I have been doing. I went to Home Depot looking for construction sand and found these two ones.... which one is the right one to have as a bedding for my chickens?

I'm not sure you want it for bedding for the chickens. They should be roosting at night.
The multi-purpose is what I would buy, it says it is used for pet areas.

The sakrete sand mix has cement in it, so NOT that one. I think the multipurpose sand is ok if your climate and setup work well with sand.

Why not play sand?

Doesn’t drain well and not good if eaten.
