Which set up would have better FERTILITY?

Which setup would have better fertility? A regular chicken pen on the ground or a raised pen with a wire floor? It would only have about 4 birds in it. I am asking for my pheasants and chickens.

I don't think it really makes a diff. I am not an expert but that is my opinion. maybe some one who knows more will post.
