Which thermometer do I trust?

Buy the egg o meter it works perfect I have the same STUPID SLOW one and the one I use and trust is the Egg o meter trust me it looks funny , because its an egg but it works .

Thanks I wish I asked earlier.
Others will hopefully find that it helps them.

But I didn't get the egg one.
I already have the probe version traveling to me in the mail.

Bummer.

Do you think the probe version will work as well?

The thermometer in the IncuView is rated at +/- 1 degree F. I would definitely trust the IncuView's reading over the other thermometer, it's way off.

Well, it's day 18
Time for lockdown for my 7 little eggs

Pulled out the egg turner.
Put down a sterilized green foam mat.
Raising the humidity to 65
Dropping the temp to 98f

My digital thermostat reads 98.5 and look at what those crappy thermometers read.

I am having the SAME problem!!!

Except I already have the egg o meter, and it fluctuates quickly like it is reading the air temperature, and is reading 98 degrees, which I know by the timing of my first hatch (early) it should be somewhere close to 100.

I just got the Brisnea spot check, and it too is reading very low!! I put it under my tounge and it says I am 94 degrees, which would put it 4-5 degrees off (I usually run in the 98 degree temp range).

So far I have a cooking/meat thermometer that is reading my temp (under my tounge) at 97 degrees, which would be 1 degree low. This is the only thermometer I have that I can trust, its just that the temp reading are so close together, its hard to tell if Im at 98, 99, or 100.
