Which thermometers should I trust??

I should update here: I bought a thermoworks outward payed the extra shipping to get in one business day (I hope) I am really concerned about my incubators temperature which therms I should be trusting I’ve done multiple ice water tests and the inkbirds all read 33. Something degrees but I have no way to measure if the ice water was even 32 to begin with but I basically crammed as much chunk ice as I could in a bowl and wrapped up each inkbird in a plastic bag and put them in there till they stopped lowering (which landed at 33 degrees) shockingly I did the same bath with the incutherm I took the plastic off the probe and covered it in a plastic baggie and stuck it in, it read 32. Something degrees but then I put it in my incubator (probe still naked without the plastic) and it jumped to 100 something meanwhile the inkbirds are all 98. Something (actually 97. Something since they read 1 degree higher according to the ice water) I REALLY hope the temp isn’t 100 something like that incutherm is saying and it’s actually what the inkbirds are..
I tested three of my seven inkbirds in the ice water and they all were 33 something degrees.
Gosh this is stressing :(

Thermoworks has a short vid on the "proper" way to do the ice test. I found it very informative. Apparently temperature can vary a lot if it's not done right. I did not know this. Once I followed their instructions I was confident that the temperatures shown were what the thermometers were actually reading. Especially after the Thermapen showed 32°F.

Of course with these thermometers that have no probe as such we have no recourse except to wrap 'em up and stick 'em in a bowl.

I followed their Ice bath instructions but I’ll do it again to be safe with the pen when it gets here still I found a medical thermometer that reads fore heads and scanned my eggs they read 97
