Google prebiotics and probiotics for information on their benifits.
I make yogurt with whole raw milk using 5 capsules of PB-8 Probiotics opened and stirred into 1 gallon of milk when it is warmed between 105 to 110 degrees F. Divide up into pint canning jars with lids and place into incubator set to 105 to 110 degrees F for 5 to 8 hours (or into yogurt maker if you have one). You can use a cup of each batch to start the next batch up to seven times before starting a fresh culture. Be sure to refrigerate after incubation is complete. One bottle of PB-8 will make up to 175 gallons of Yogurt.
Stir 1 pint of yogurt into 1 gallon of feed (preferably crumble style). It will be on the dry sideit is important to stir it evenly so all the crumbles are coated. This is enough for 100 birds. As they get older be sure to spread it out so all birds can get some at the same time.
We usually feed it first thing in AM before they have eaten anything else. If it is easier to dilute it with tepid water and mix it into more feed as they get older so all will be sure to get some. We use three 4 feeders (per 100 birds) to give each bird equal access.
When feed daily you will notice they eat less feed and their waste (poo) will not smell as bad.

The vitamins/minerals can be bought at any feed store. Be sure they are water soluble. Turkeys and cornish x require 2 time the vitamins/minerals as regular poultry so be sure for the first 5 weeks to double the recommended dose, from the 5 week on give at regularly suggested rate.
