Whining at the fence

    I'm sure you all have heard the pitiful whining at the run fence when your chickens see you out in your yard. "Let me out!" they cry in their little chicken voices. They've got an 18'x18' run, but of course it's a barren moonscape now - they want out! We only let them out, however, when we're out there with them.

    My BLRW's are the worst! They whine constantly if not alloed to get out and about to pilfer my yard. They pace and scramble over one another trying to vye for my attention. It's quite comical [​IMG]
