whistling baby chick

so my 3 week old baby chick keeps making these whistling noises. it only started about a week ago and he’s the only one out of my 4 chicks who does this. he does this all night long and sometimes throughout the day. right now he seems to be doing this pretty calmly but during the day he’ll start whistling but sort of screaming it.

Can you please post a photo of your brooder setup and tell us what the temperature is on the warm and cold sides?

How old are the chicks?

Some chicks seem to constantly feel the need to communicate with the others, is this one eating/drinking ok and active with the others?
