White and flakey. Can chickens have dry skin??

Does my girl have dry skin or is there something else going on? What are my options to treat?

They can have dry skin, but that looks like more. It may be favus, which is fungal. You can use an over the counter antifungal, miconazole, clotrimazole, etc (athletes foot stuff) and apply that a couple of times a day and see if that clears it up.
