Found one of our Wyandottes with thick white bloody droppings stuck to feathers around her vent. Any insight on what we are looking at and suggested treatment’s? Have had chickens for years and never an illness.

My first thought would be mites or lice, or possibly that someone pecked her (to explain the blood). I would get her cleaned up to check for any injuries, and do an inspection for mites and lice if you haven't already. (I check the individual birds, and I will also go in the coop at night with a flashlight to check both birds and coop.)

Is she showing any other potential symptoms?

Clean off all of the poop, and look closely at her vent. Take a picture. Is there any evidence that her vent was pecked by the others? Has she had a prolapsed vent? Has she been laying eggs recently? Does any of the material in her poop look like she has had a broken egg? If she has been pecked I would separate her in a dog crate for a day or so to figure out what might be happening. Is she eating and drinking? Is her tail up or down? Can you check her crop early in the morning to make sure that it is emptying overnight?
