White chick with a few black spots

I have a 20 day old chick(pretty sure it's a roo) that is white and its starting to get a few black spots. I have a mixed flock of chickens. I hatched out 2 like this last year that were hens. Does anyone know which breed they night be? I will get a good picture of him tomorrow.

I hatched 2 hens like this rooster 2 years ago. One of the hens has passed onto chicken heaven and the one in the picture above was the other one that is still live and healthy!

The white one is the only likely culprit because white is ressive. (I think)

The white hen in the picture was a hatch from 2 years ago and she came from a mix between a non white hen and a black barnyard mix rooster or a lavender orpington rooster (whom has now gone to chicken heaven).
