Yes many of the pharaoh coturnix carry recessive english white or a&m genes. Basically one of your hens and the roo that covered her both carry the recessive white.

I have a few of them, from the same mother. All have a dark little spot or patch on their head. I find they are the most friendly ones, and best egg producers too.
