I know for sure I have a male he would spar with my hand everytime i would be changing the feed at only days old. He is the one on the left in first pic. Somedays I get a feeling I have all males thought :th.....maybe one female:fl the one with white/gray feathers on chest..(also in first and second pic)

I see that the white crested black one you think is a male has much redder wattles than the other one in the first picture. I cannot tell how many total chicks there are, but I don't see more than one with red wattles in any photo. So you might have one male and two females of the white crested ones.

I cannot see the wattles on the gold chick, because it's got a beard under the chin--that one will probably be unknown until the adult feathers come in (saddle and hackle feathers have different shaped ends on adult chickens, but not on young chicks.)

Then I'm guessing you've got one cockerel and two pullets of the white crested ones.
Of course, you'll know in a few more months how correct anyone's guesses were :)

I also believe you have two pullets and one cockerel on the White Crested Black ones. It is harder to determine on the Golden Laced Polish. I also have one of those that I got from TSC last August and it was around ten weeks old before I could tell it was a pullet. And I am glad because that young lady has turned out to be a great layer as I have gotten 30 eggs from her over the last 33 days. She is also very curious and friendly.

Thanks I hope I get lucky too:wee

So far 2 males out of the 3 white crested polish. This one tried to crow this morning a failed attempt but he tried lol. They will be 7 weeks tomorrow. The other one left has no wattles at all. “She” has always been well behaved and very quiet compared to the others and alot prettier with gray feathers on her chest.

Thanks for the update! It's nice to see how right--or in this case, somewhat wrong--our guesses were! (Yup, just read back through it: I was one of the ones who thought there was only one male among the Polish.)

Still waiting on the Golden laced. No wattles or comb i looked through its wild hair do and no crest or redness visible. But at 7 weeks might still be too early. The saddle feathers are looking long i think. The waiting continues... thanks NatJ
