White discharge coming out of duck

Hi I am new to raising ducks and I have a 19 week old female Pekin and a 19 week old female Rouen. Today when they were sitting down, white discharge starting coming out of their vents and then shortly after that my Pekin tried to pull feathers of the Rouen. Also the way they are sitting down, they have their butts up, is odd. I saw on another thread that this is normal for a sexually mature duck, but they have not starting laying yet. If someone could let me know what's going on that would be awesome. I'll try attach a video too if that helps(if I can figure out how to).

Is she acting fine otherwise?

I have seen several female ducks here leak the white your stuff you're describing. I don't know the reasoning behind it. It does resemble cum.

As long as she is acting normal otherwise, I wouldn't take any action as of now.

one of my girls does that too whenever anyone pets her back, but none of my boys or my other girl do so i think it’s weird
