white egg, yellow/whitish chick?

what kind of chicken comes from a white egg and is whiteish/yellowish with a black stripe on it's head and looks like it has eye liner on?

maybe an EE or a light colored cross EE? My favorite EE is named "Betty" because she has "Betty Davis" eyes!

Could be phoenix or yokohama. Any answer would be a wild guess. Could be a hybrid. ????????????
