White eye discharge in pheasant chicks

I need help PLEASE. This is my second pheasant chick that has got this problem. The 1st chick died. This chick is only 2 weeks old. His one eye is swollen with white stuff coming out. He doesnt sleep or eat. He must be in pain. What can it be? And what must I do?
