White growths on comb?

My one year old buff orpington has several white growths on her head. I have checked her body and don't see mites and she is acting very normal and healthy. Does anyone know what the cause is?

Could be Fowl Pox..

Could be Favus. It definitely not something that should be ignored. Can you wipe it off or is it attached?

It does look like pox. Here is mine:

I didn't have to do anything to mine. It went away after a week or two. She only had spots, no other symptoms.
