White gunk

Hello,
Can anyone tell me what this white substance is on my chicken's ear? It's been there awhile. I've been waiting to see if it will go away but it hasn't. She is otherwise behaving normally, eating and laying eggs. Thank you.

It looks like white earlobes. What breed is she?

Thats pigment, it's supposed to look like that.
