White hen or rooster?? What am I?

Funniest thing - my friend just emailed me. That hen - this one in question - laid the first egg of the entire flock tonight! About an hour after I emailed her letting her know what you all said. Does this group rock or what?

Can't beat those White Leghorns for starting to lay early! A friend of mine has some and loves them. They were the first to lay, lay nearly every day, and the eggs are quickly getting big!

my white leghorn pullet looks just like that - - big comb and all! And she's very sweet - I love my Snowy!
