Here are better neck and tail feathers. I'm not seeing any male signs, but I guess it could be a late bloomer in that aspect too.

Thank you for your help. I'll definitely be on the look out for them, although I'm like 100% certain it is a cockerel now.I don’t see the flowing male saddle feathers yet, but they’re coming. In the next week or two they should show up.
