White Leghorn Dry Skin

While checking my girls before bed...the past few nights I have noticed that their legs/heads/legs look almost like dry skin. I have checked them and found no lice or mites I spray their coop with poultry protector everytime I clean it. What would be causing the dry looking skin? They get fresh water 3x daily and have plenty of air.

They should have water all the time. Especially with high temperatures. I would invest in a waterer ASAP . You could find one at a store similar to tractors supply

They have 2 wagerers. I just go out and refill it with colder water
