white leghorn just stopped laying

My best layer just quit laying. It's been 9 days and she quit cold turkey, so to speak. She's 3 yrs old and it acting fine. It's been extremely hot here but my other hens are still laying. I have 4 hens and usually get 3-4 eggs a day and I've been getting 2-3. Any input would be really appreciated. I'm new at this.

Chickens can stop laying for these reasons or a combination:

Old age (past two their laying slows)
Extreme heat
Going Broody
Going into molt
Stress or change in the environment

Thank you for the response. She laid an egg this morning. I'm pretty sure it's the extreme heat wave were having.
