White Leghorn or California White

As most of you know Im a newbie here
We are wanting to get around 6 chickens for egg production and pets. Have any of you had the California whites a Leghorn cross (I think). Thanks Donna

Leghorns tend to be flighty & not like human contact! although you can tame it would take double time than most breeds!

Are you looking at these breeds because you want white eggs?

If you you might consider the Barred Holand (I believe Ideal has them & they do small orders)

There is also the white or molted Houdan!

They are both calm white eggs!
