White Leghorn?

Hey Guys! First off, I have appreicated all of the information I've received from this site! I received some extra checks from my order at Murray McMurray. I'm not exactly sure what they are though. I am relatively new to chickens and thought they were white leghorns but some are starting to have some brown spots on their backs. Anyone have any ideas what they are??

How old? They're likely Red Sexlink cockerels. Most "free or extra" chicks are almost always cockerels. And are generally put in for extra body heat during shipping.

Does McMurray sell Amberlinks? Otherwise, red sexlink cockerels.

Uh oh. I've got 4 of these guys to go along with about 20 barred rocks, RI red, buff orpingtons, australorps, and white orpingtons. Lol. What should I do??

They are about 7 weeks old.

Well, how do you feel about processing for meat when they start acting like roosters? You won't need four even if you decide you want a rooster or two around.

I'm somewhat indifferent. . My wife on the other hand, is very much against that option. Lol. If I decided to hatch some of those eggs, what would they be like??

Offspring would be mostly white or red/gold, and about half those chicks would also be male.
