There almost is no comb. It's just a little bump you have to be up close to see. Doesn't she look rather beard-ish in this photo?

That little flat area with a little row of bumps is a pea comb. It's closely connected to the blue egg genes on the DNA, so she has a good chance of giving you blue or green eggs. And yes, definitely muffs there--I love the puffy cheeks!
