White Leghorns, pros & cons??

I got my first leghorn chick a few weeks back. She was in an assorted pullets bin at tsc.
I never had given the breed much thought until then but now I'm a huge fan! She is the sweetest, most people oriented chick I've ever had (except maybe a duccle, but she was tamed I bought her).
I can't say anything about egg production yet, but I've heard that's great as well. I'll probably be getting more.

I just found out that my 6 chicks are White Leghorns. I'd like to hear from other White leghorn owners since I am BRAND new to raising chickens. Pros & cons? Can I put other breeds in the same coop with my white leghorns, if so what breeds get along best?
Thanks for the info!!
i have 4 white leghorns 2 austrolorps 2 black sex links along with 2 ducks but what may have helped was i got them all at the same age they were a week old and they get along great they are 15 weeks old now and now i have 6 rir babies at 5 weeks old in there with the older ones

400
girls are fixin to b 15 weeks cant wait for my first basket of eggs lol

I have 7. A neighbor purchased them for her grandchildren from tractor supply for easter and you can probably guess the rest of the story. They are very flighty and not sweet but looking forward to massive egg production. My other chickens are Marans and Ameracaunas mostly so they should round out my egg basket nicely except for the 1;maybe 2 that look pretty roostery. They will be soup.

i find they are not the most freindliest but mine do hop on my lap at treat time but they dont like me to pet them at all they are always at my feet so far i like them

I have 8 white Leghorns and 4 brown Leghorn pullet that are about 14 weeks old. All my white girls combs are pink and a few are already checking out the nest boxes. They are flighty, but not as bad as people make them out to be. They are beautiful birds and very sweet. Gentle gorgeous girls that are excellent layers. I think they are good for backyard chickens. Spend a little time with them so they get to know you. You will see they are very gentle. I Love my Leghorns!
