I've read that they are super easy to sex. These are 6 weeks old. Can I be pretty confident that the large red combs mean rooster?

The top one is definitely a roo and the second one is a pullet. The color of the comb matters just as much as the size.

Again at 22 weeks of age after she started laying eggs - huge comb & wattle difference between the 18th & 22nd week
