White Leghorns?

When did you'alls white leghorns start laying? Does anybody have pictures of POL leghorns? Mine is 22 weeks.

I don't have any of those and never have, but from what I hear, you are very close.

I have 3 white leghorn pullets, hatched New year's Day and two of them began to lay at 22 weeks, while the third took another two weeks, because she was one of a few chickens left behind when I moved the flock....... They were harder to catch. I think the trauma of being chased slowed her down. After I got her to the new property, she took a bit to settle down and lay. Everybody in the flock had a bit of a hitch in their get-along as well, from the relocation.

But don't worry, they will lay. When they're ready to do so.

Patience. There are very few barren chickens.

Cute...Both of my whites layed at 16 weeks.One egg almost daily...
