White Olive Egger??????

I'm not sure you can tell by this picture, but this chick from my RSL has sideburns. I assumed the father was my Speckled Sussex, but is there a chance it's from my F4 Olive Egger? There are no other signs pointing to the OE, but the sideburns are throwing me off. The chicks legs are pink and have no fuzz on them.

I should add that at only 3 days old, the neck is starting to get a little bit of red coming in. I hatched 9 chicks in this batch that is a mix of both roosters, and about half or more have fuzzy legs. Not this one.
