I have noticed this white on my roosters ear lobe. He is a couple months old and has been acting completely normal. I just don't know what this is (see picture) The other two roosters don't have this.
Does anyone know what this is and if I need to do something about it? Thanks!!!

This is normal - some will have, white red, or blue ear lobes (are there other colors?)

This also shows he carries the white egg gene.
It shows it is possible that he carries the white egg gene. There is a breed of black chicken that has white earlobes, but they lay DARK brown eggs. Darker than the best Maran eggs.

You're referring to Penedesencas and Empordanesas. Both breeds should have white earlobes yet lay a very dark egg. There are 4 varieties of Penedesencas including black (the DP variety). I believe there are 5 or more varieties of Empordanesas in Spain but only the white has been imported into the States.
With breeds like that, some characteristics are easy to lose if not selected for. If one doesn't select for white lobes, generations will slowly regress till most of the white is lost.
If one doesn't select for dark eggs, that characteristic will quickly be lost as is true of Marans.

Oh, Cool! I didn't know there were eggs darker than a Marans 9 on the scale. I have recently acquired a couple roosters and have been so into learning genetics!
So, those black chickens with white ears...they don't have the white egg gene then, do they? Therefore earlobes aren't always an egg-color indication?

Do you know what breed of black chicken?
Not the Ayam Cemani, right? ...they are pure black and lay cream colored eggs ... (I originally thought they laid black eggs, lol)
