White Plymouth Rock thread!!!

Getting two white plymouths Thursday, I've been looking for so long! Please share comments and pics as I am very excited! Such beautiful birds!!!!!

Hello, welcome to BYC!

I have two Barred Plymouth Rocks, and I love them so much! Their names are Nicie (Bernice) and Chucky Chicken. Both are girls, although Chucky's name isn't much of a girl's name. Saw them both dust bathing yesterday and they were so cute! They're fun to watch!

They truly are amazing birds! I just bought my two about an hour ago and the first thing I noticed about their appearance was their bright red combs against their beautiful white feathers! They are sooooooo pretty! I will upload pics tomorrow

I also started my farmyard chicken hobby with 2 Plymouth whites I live in South west africa (Namibia) these Hens are supprisingly common here, my friend has quite a few whites, I reckon about 4-6 probably

Pros: If given lots of love they even sleep on your lap
This is flower Are good layers and great mothers(know this from my friend)
Can be Hand-fed
Cons:Non I know of
