Use apple cider vinegar only. ACV will help to lower the PH of the body. A more acidic system helps to kill off bacteria and fungal infections. ACV is very popular in the chicken world and is highly recommended to give your adult flock some ACV a few times a month to keep the PH down in the body.
It also contains lots of trace minerals, increases appetite, helps to gloss up the feathers and helps to reduce any inflammation in the body.
