To fill out an order of Orpingtons, we got a few White Rock roos (they'll be eaten) in a recent MMH order. There was also supposed to be the freebie "rare" chick. They're 5 weeks old now, and we haven't seen anything that does not look like an Orpington, for sure. We also haven't seen anything that doesn't look like a White Rock, except that a couple of them have grey-green legs. Otherwise, they're identical to the rest of the White Rocks, who all have yellow legs.

Any thoughts about whether these are "odd" WRs, or possibly a "rare" breed that looks similar to a WR at this age? We're stumped. Not that it really matters, because they're dinner, but we're curious.

That's the only thing we could think of, too. No signs of tufts or muffs or beards yet, though. They really do look just like the WRs. I'll try to get some pictures.
