White Silkie Eggs in LG,Help!!!!

Can anyone tell me why they will not hatch.I live on the coast of NC.They are at full term and they move in egg.And past time for them to Hatch.I opened up 2 of them and the egg yolk had not absorbed and it was dead.Am I giving it too much water or just what!!!! I really need help.Lost touch

Your humidity may not be right....If the babies are wrapped in what looks like saran wrap - humidity is too high and if it is a papery membrane, humidity is too low. I would suggest calibrating your hygrometer and thermometer as well. It makes a big difference in hatch rate..... Good luck!
