White skin chickens?

Does anyone here raise white skin chickens. Does white skin taste any different than yellow skin? When cooked does the skin still look white.

I don't think the meat flavor is much different.

My Black Penedesencas have white skin and pluck very cleanly. No pin feathers.

I was asking about flavor and what it looks like after cooking, say like roasting.

The skin will be browned when cooked.
Are you asking what white skin tastes like or what the meat of a white skinned chicken tastes like?
The skin tastes like skin.
The meat tastes a bit different depending on what breed of chicken, not necessarily the skin color.
