White spot on face

Lately we’ve noticed some white spots on our chickens faces. I’ve attached a picture of one of our EE’s face. The white spots are in the same spots on both sides of her face, and we’ve noticed similar smaller spots on the faces and combs of our other ladies. The weather has really cooled down around here with highs around 45-53 F. I thought maybe that could be a factor? Any idea what it could be?

Those are earlobes! Perfectly normal
