White spot

I’m relatively new to hen keeping, having taken on my 3 girls in December at around 12 weeks. They began laying in March.
When we took them on, one looked noticeably straggly having been pecked quite a bit and had very scaly legs. With some love and care, Vaseline and Moxydectin her scaly leg is on the mend and her feathers have returned BUT she has a patch of white feathers on the back of her head where the bald patch was previously.
Someone suggested that SHE might be a HE?
I think there must be another explanation since we’ve had eggs from her. We assume from her colouring alone that she is some sort of Blackrock (brown head, black body with a green tinge to the feathers). Any ideas what’s causing the white patch?

I believe that white feathers can sometimes grow in after an injury, that looks like what might be going on here. If she's laying and doing well, I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Thank you! Any idea on the breeds? The lighter one seems to be a larger breed, maybe Wellsummer? She’s the most vocal and lays a brown egg. The darker birds lay very pale, almost white eggs.

It will help to have more photos of your chickens, including legs, combs and overall body.
