white spots on a black chicken?

I have a black ameraucana hen who’s about 5 months old. I’ve noticed she has some random white spots on her wing and tail. Does anyone know how this happens? Will she have this all the time? I’m curious to know

She may have a little of the mottled gene.

Sometimes my quail d'Anvers get this. It's heritable and it does come back. I do believe a gene causes it but I don't think it's the mottling gene.
