I pulled this out of my coop today, I think one of my golden sex links started laying. However, I’m not sure what those white spots are. I’ve never seen an egg with these.

Is this concerning?

No. It's not a problem. Brown eggs are much more likely than white ones to be spotted. White spots can naturally be one of two things:

1- Just natural color spots on the egg. They can be lighter or darker than the base egg color. They can be a couple or finely speckled.

2- It can be a little bit of "pee". Chickens have solid urea which is the white part of their waste. Sometimes, that can end up on the eggs. If that is what it is, it will come off quickly under water or a wet paper towel.

Man, this is just a day for white spots on eggs. Now my other sex link started laying, and this happened. White spots all over. They won’t come off with washing.

I read on the Internet this might be calcium deposits.

It the speckled coloring I mentioned. I've been getting the larger and smaller spots for years from my brown egg layers. Some birds are much more prone to them than others.

Calcium deposits are rough and/or lumpy. Those small spots should be pretty smooth.
