My birds (Americana, Golden Sex Link, Cinnamon Queen, and Aquila) finally started laying and we’ve been getting 2-3 eggs a day. One of the kinds of eggs (sorry don’t know which chicken is laying it) has little white rings all over them that don’t come off after washing. Is this bad or is just something that occurs on certain eggs. I added an image but isn’t very good quality.

Since they just started laying, could be just working the "kinks" out. Each girl's egg will be unique. Whichever one is laying that may always lay eggs that look like that or the color may become more uniform over time. As far as I can tell, it's a nice, well formed egg! Eat it - I bet it's yummy. Congratulations on your girls finally staring to lay:)

The best thing to do is enjoy your girls, give fresh food/water daily and provide them oyster shell free choice.

My guess is the sex-links, of which cinnamon queens are too.
One of my Golden Comets laid speckled eggs when she started to lay, and still pops out a speckled egg now and then.

.This was my first carton from my girls. There are a few speckled eggs. GC

'Speckled' eggs can happen for several different reasons...very few, if any, of which are a 'problem'.
Can be caused by:
Excess or uneven pigment coating.
Excess or uneven cuticle(bloom).
Excess calcium deposits.
Porous eggs can appear speckled.
Some birds lay them consistently, some only once in awhile.
The pigment or bloom can change appearance when wet, then change back when dry again.

As long as bird is getting a good diet and is healthy in every other way, it is no cause for concern.

It's normal. When my hens started laying I had a few "fairy" eggs that were small, funny shaped, had white spots and a couple had wrinkles. If you're seeing white spots consistently then the hen might be getting to much calcium and it's going right through her. As far as I know that's not a big deal. You're probably fine. I wouldn't worry about it.
