White streaks on neck

Hi chicken friends! I've lurked on BYC for months and finally made an account today. I have a couple girls who have these white streaks on their necks/heads. Any ideas on cause or treatment? My RIR looks like crap, I think she's too young to be molting though!

Thanks for any help, I love reading from experienced chicken owners!

The back of her head looks like new pins in a molt. And the feather patterns on chest look like a molt.

But front of neck, below the beak could be icicles from drinking water?

Neither looks like pests or illness to me.

Those "streaks" are just missing feathers--you're birds are probably molting. No worries.

How old are your birds? It looks like molt to me too.
