Guys what is this on my hen's butt? JUST happened and for the first time as far as I'm aware. What could it be?

White in the droppings is usually uric acid/urates which is kidney waste. Is she eating and drinking well? Clean her off and keep an eye on her.
We soaked her in warm water Epsom salt for about 15 minutes or so then after drying her up, she had scrambled egg mixed with about 2cc poultry cell which she ate 90% of. Right now she's just standing in one corner and not out and about.

But it's NOT white in droppings. It was just white liquid stuff oozed out of her butt (see pic)

Can you get photos of her, her poop?

Is the white material still oozing out of the vent or has it stopped?

She's standing in the corner where? This all came about after a soak and dry. Could you have interrupted her when she was about to lay an egg?

Between 1230pm and 2pm today she went into the nesting box and was there for over an hr. She was making the "labor cry" as she was leaving the boxes which made me think she laid an egg (couldnt tell if she ever did as she sat on 6 eggs). Its 2145 where I am and they have gone to bed about 4 hrs ago but I will check her tomorrow and will watch out for poop. I am keeping an eye on her thru my coop camera tho. She's just sleeping. The liquid white stuff that oozed briefly stopped after the Epsom salt soak. I cleaned off her butt (had some small dried poop around her vent, on the butt feathers) all that was cleaned off. Nothing seemed concerning in her vent. She then was given scrambled egg with 2 cc poultry cell. Was minimally foraging after all that and occasionally stood in one corner not moving. Just out of normal bc I'm with my hens all day everyday, I pick up quick.

Sounds like she may be struggling to lay an egg.

If that's the case, I'd give her Extra Calcium (300-600mg) once daily for 5days.

You can find Calcium Citrate+D3 at Walmart, CVS, etc. Just pull down on the wattles, pop the tablet into the beak and let her swallow.
